1. Do what YOU want - Don’t listen to what other people tell you to do. This is your life, not theirs.

 

2. Say “NO” - Too often do we say yes out of social kindness rather than because we really want to. Do yourself a favor and say “No” every once in a while.

 

3. Keep it easy - Life is not as difficult, hard and complex as you make it out to be. Keep your problems simple and straightforward and the solution will be simple and straightforward as well.

 

4. Love yourself - You amazing, unique and have a potential no one else has. You already have and will change people’s lives! Love yourself for that!

 

5. Be able to laugh at yourself - Keep a sense of humor about yourself and you will always have something to smile about.

 

6. Consciously chose what to do - Pick something and do that. Control your life rather than being sucked into the next best thing.

 

7. Fail! - Go out there, be a bit courageous, and then fall flat on your face! Not so that you hurt your face, but so that you go out and see the world! You will limit yourself for as long as you are afraid to fail.
